Grow with Us - Your Responsibilities
- Supports manufacturing operations within the Manufacturing Department as defined by Production Team Lead and Value Stream Manager.
- Troubleshoot process & equipment problems promptly to minimize Manufacturing downtime.
- Assemble products to support Manufacturing Assembly teams in order to achieve daily production rates given by the Production Manager.
- Problem Solve issues with complex instruments - at times with little to no written instruction or reference materials.
- Realize and control all his/her/their production operations with the requested quality, while respecting performance constraints and requirements (safety, security and environment)
- Know and follow the safety rules related to equipment and people
- Report with rigor and precision of their production to the shift leader / team leader
- Ensure the cleanliness and permanent storage of the work environment
What Will Convince Us:
- High school diploma or GED; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing position, including:
- Assembling complex mechanical or electronic systems
- Troubleshooting and testing systems.
- Providing detailed examples of actually problem-solving scenarios.
- Configuring/installing software for new assembly setups
- Strong ability to interpret technical documentation and perform basic calculations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent computer literacy and technical aptitude
- Knowledge of materials, products, equipment and associated processes
- Excellent knowledge of quality, safety, security and environment standards & procedures
