What You'll Do

• Operate and monitor a variety of manufacturing equipment, including overhead cranes, tube-forming mills, and processing machinery.
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the production process.
• Perform equipment adjustments and basic operational checks.
• Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications.
• Follow established safety procedures and work practices.
• Work with team members to maintain efficient production operations.

What We're Looking For

• A strong work ethic and commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Basic math skills, including decimals, fractions, and measurements.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn new equipment and processes.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during 12-hour shifts.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, twist, reach, climb, and perform other physical tasks associated with manufacturing operations.
• Ability to work safely around industrial equipment and moving machinery.

Schedule

• 12-hour shifts:
  • Days (6:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.)
  • Nights (6:00 p.m.-6:00 a.m.)
• Work schedule may vary based on business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or industrial experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English required.
