Analyze, design, and implement manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

• Develop and maintain manufacturing workflows, equipment layouts, and process documentation.
• Design and implement fixtures, tooling, gauges, and manufacturing equipment.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and design engineers, to optimize operations.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct root cause analysis for defects and non-conformance issues.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and machinery to improve manufacturing capabilities.
• Develop and oversee the implementation of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
• Train production staff on best practices and new procedures.

Monitor key performancender close supervision, assists in feasibility studies and implementing process or manufacturing improvements. Prepares basic analysis regarding overall quality and cost effectiveness. Creates necessary documentation and aides in communication to personnel. Learning role with 1 to 2 years of experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and manufacturing simulation tools.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and manufacturing data analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Understanding of safety and regulatory compliance in a manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
