Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
Responsibilities
· Own technical and quality performance of assigned electronic subassemblies.
· Resolve production issues and support shipment commitments.
· Provide technical support for field escalations and customer issues.
· Drive non-conformance disposition and supplier quality improvements.
· Conduct failure analysis and implement effective corrective actions.
· Support cost reduction, EOL replacement, site transfer, and engineering initiatives.
· Create and implement ECOs for product changes.
· Monitor supplier quality and manufacturing yield performance.
· Support ICT/functional test development, troubleshooting, and supplier training.
· Participate in design reviews and ensure DFM/DFT compliance.
· Support new product introduction, documentation, and manufacturing readiness.
· Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to ensure successful production ramp-up.
Requirements
· BS/MS in Electronics Engineering with 3years of experience is preferred.
· Fresh graduates with strong academic results are encouraged to apply.
· Knowledge of FPGA, ADC/DAC, high-speed digital, analog, and signal integrity design.
· Experience with imaging, data acquisition or motion control systems is an advantage.
· Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills at test-bench and system levels.
· Understanding of PCBA manufacturing and quality processes.
· Willing to travel up to 25% for NPI, training, and technology transfers.
Minimum Qualifications
Doctorate (Academic) Degree and 0 years related work experience; Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years
