Job Description:
An opportunity for an Airframe A400M production command has arisen in San Pablo (Sevilla)
RESPONSABILITIES
- As member of the management team, manages, leads, develops and engages a production team to meet time, quality, cost and safety requirements, with respect to the country work legal context.
- Drive continuous improvement and ensure effective communication within the team and key interfaces.
- Outputs: Deliver products on time, on quality on cost, in a safe and healthy environment with competent and engaged people, with respect to the country work legal environment.
SKILLS
- Education: Aeronautical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering degree or related discipline.
- Experience: At least 5 years in aircraft manufacturing or engineering.
- Soft skills: High adaptability to work on new topics and on changing enviroment. Problem solving.
- Languages: Advanced level in English.
- Technical knowledge: Knowledge in A400M and related IT tools for manufacturing process (SAP, SIPLA,TLB etc).
- Office is a must.
- Valuable / Nice to have: experience in managing teams and risk management.
