Role Purpose

M&G Advice is seeking an experienced and inspirational business leader to lead Continuum through its next phase of growth, development and transformation.

The Managing Partner will be accountable for the overall leadership, performance, governance and delivery of strategy for Continuum, influencing strategic direction in partnership with the Strategic Partner and wider M&G Advice leadership. The role holder will act as the visible leader of the business, ensuring advisers are equipped to succeed, clients receive outstanding outcomes and the business delivers sustainable growth and profitability. A key early priority will be to stabilise and re-energise a founder-led, relationship-led business, sustaining adviser trust and confidence through a period of leadership transition.

As a member of the M&G Advice Leadership Team, the role holder will operate as a senior enterprise leader, contributing to the development and execution of the wider M&G Advice strategy and helping shape the future of one of the UK's leading advice businesses.

The role will also provide leadership across key associated entities and strategic relationships, including My Continuum Wealth Limited, and may sit on associated boards, bringing corresponding Board Director responsibilities.

The role requires a leader capable of balancing commercial performance, adviser engagement, customer outcomes, regulatory requirements and long-term strategic growth whilst preserving and strengthening the unique culture and heritage that have contributed to Continuum's success.

Whilst initially focused on Continuum, the successful candidate will be expected to contribute broadly across M&G Advice and support the evolution of the wider adviser business strategy as organisational priorities develop.

The role offers significant opportunity to contribute beyond the immediate scope of Continuum as M&G Advice continues to evolve.
