  • Support UAT, release readiness, go-live planning, production launches, hyper care, and Games-time operational readiness.

  • Coordinate security and compliance dependencies, including penetration testing, remediation tracking, and partner communications.

  •  Lead lessons learned and improve repeatable delivery, PMO, and governance practices.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in technology program management, PMO, technical project management, or a related role.

  • Ability to translate technical information into clear business and executive communications.

  • Experience coordinating software delivery, integrations, testing, releases, or operational readiness.

  • Strong judgment, attention to detail, follow-through, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with common program management, collaboration, documentation, and reporting tools.

Preferred experience

  • Major sporting events, consulting, live events, hospitality, ticketing, ecommerce, or other time-critical consumer programs.
