Zayo is seeking a Manager, Talent Development Programs to support the execution of instructor-led leadership development, learning, and other talent initiatives across the organization. This role will be responsible for coordinating and delivering high-quality development experiences, managing multiple programs and cohorts simultaneously, supporting facilitators and stakeholders, and ensuring programs run smoothly from planning through completion.

Reporting to the Director, Leadership, Capability & Community, this role will translate strategic priorities into strong program execution. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable facilitating groups and interacting with senior leaders, analytically minded, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Zayo's Denver, CO headquarters (1401 Wynkoop) / Hybrid - 2 days/week in office

Responsibilities- What You’ll Do

• Coordinate and execute instructor-led, cohort-based, and leadership development programs from planning through completion.
• Manage program calendars, timelines, participant communications, enrollment, materials, facilitators, vendors, logistics, and follow-up.
• Facilitate program kickoffs, orientations, cohort meetings, selected learning sessions, and other development experiences.
• Partner with executives, people leaders, HR partners, facilitators, vendors, and subject matter experts to support effective program delivery.
• Manage multiple programs and workstreams concurrently while maintaining visibility to deadlines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Track participation, completion, engagement, feedback, and other program metrics.
• Maintain dashboards, reports, and program summaries that provide visibility into program performance and participant experience.
• Analyze program data and feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Support surveys, evaluations, and post-program measurement to assess program effectiveness.
• Maintain program documentation, playbooks, facilitator guides, templates, and operating processes to support consistency and scalability.
• Identify opportunities to streamline program administration, improve communications, and strengthen the overall learning experience.
• Contribute to additional leadership, capability, and talent initiatives based on evolving business priorities.

Qualifications -What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum of five to seven (5–7) years of experience in learning and development, talent management, workforce education and career programs, HR program management, leadership development, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating and delivering complex programs with multiple stakeholders, timelines, and concurrent priorities.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the confidence to lead meetings, program kickoffs, orientations, and learning sessions.
• Comfort working with executives and senior leaders in a professional, credible, and responsive manner.
• Strong project and program management skills, including attention to detail, prioritization, organization, and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams independently while knowing when to escalate risks, decisions, or stakeholder needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear participant communications, program materials, presentations, and leadership updates.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with program data, dashboards, surveys, and metrics.
• Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate findings into clear observations and recommendations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, particularly PowerPoint or Slides and Excel or Sheets.
• Experience with learning management systems, survey tools, talent platforms, or other HR technology is preferred.
• Experience supporting leadership development, cohort-based learning, internship programs, rotational programs, or other early career initiatives is strongly preferred.

What Success Looks Like

• Success in this role will be reflected in well-organized, consistently executed programs that deliver a strong participant and stakeholder experience. Programs will launch on time, communications and logistics will be clear, facilitators and leaders will feel prepared, and program data will be accurate and accessible.
• This role will also help strengthen the scalability of Zayo’s development programs by improving processes, documenting repeatable practices, surfacing meaningful insights, and ensuring strategic priorities are translated into effective execution.

Estimated base salary range: $77,100 - $118,600 USD/annually

The base pay range shown is a guideline and reasonable estimate for this role. It takes into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted range based upon geographic location, work experience, skill level, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Non- sales roles may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive plan. Sales roles may be eligible to participate in a sales incentive plan.

Additionally, this position may be eligible for certain benefits, such as health insurance, life insurance, disability retirement plans, paid time off.
