Red Seat Ventures partners with the world's top creators across multiple genres to grow and monetize their content — through advertising, subscription, live events, and beyond. ABOUT THE ROLE
Red Seat Ventures is seeking a highly motivated Manager, Social Media Strategy & Growth to oversee social media strategy and on-platform growth across its portfolio of clients. You will be responsible for identifying the strengths & weaknesses of each client’s presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and X, creating audience & revenue growth strategies, and working closely with key staff members and creator teams to ensure the proper execution of action items.  Our ideal candidate is an expert of each platform’s respective best practices, who understands how to reach a client’s ideal subscriber/follower and is adept at directing content strategy that will resonate with existing and new potential audiences. This role requires a highly detail-oriented, data-driven individual who can operate within a quick-paced environment, with a proven track record of experience and success.  

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop, implement & oversee social media strategy and on-platform monetization for a portfolio of large (1M+ Follower) pages across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and X
• Activate and optimize on-platform revenue surfaces (Reels Play, in-stream video ads, and other monetizable formats), and incorporate video content produced for TV, podcasting and YouTube into the social strategy to drive new revenue
• Maintain expert knowledge of each platform’s monetization policies & best practices while building strong relationships with platform representatives at Meta, TikTok and X. 
• Direct creator and production teams on day-to-day content strategy, posting cadence and platform best practices, while assisting with hands-on page management as needed
• Set-up, manage, analyze and scale social content campaigns that encourage greater audience participation & growth across owned channels
• Continuously ideate, implement, and measure results of A/B testing for both creatives and campaign targeting to optimize for engagement, growth and conversions
• Prepare and deliver regular performance reports across all clients and platforms, conducting deep-dive analysis on what is working, what is underperforming, and where teams should be doubling down
• Manage the execution of paid social campaigns & promotional campaigns, and support the social sales team on the ad ops execution of branded content integrations 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and on multiple projects & campaigns simultaneously 
• 5+ years’ experience managing social media strategy across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and X for personalities or businesses
• A verifiable track record of successfully growing social reach & revenue across multiple platforms
• Expert-level proficiency with Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager and platform-native analytics, plus working knowledge of cross-platform analytics tools 
• The ability to edit video and create graphics for social media platforms is a plus
• Pre-existing relationships with relevant social network connections (e.g. platform representatives and partner managers at Meta, TikTok and X) is a nice to have
• Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills 
• An interest in current events and podcast and digital media content

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $92,000.00-115,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
