• 领导团队开拓客户，包括经销商、省代客户和二分客户；
• 预算执行、控制及监督管理，确保费用使用的有效性及真实性；
• 通过DIAL和POS系统进行数据分析，跟进经销商库存管理、门店分销、陈列执行；
• 掌握经销商和NKA/RKA管理技能，推动业绩的达成；
• 管理经销管理库存和应收账款，确保库存合理和应收账款可控；
• 及时准确地向公司反馈市场动态，包括竞争状况、问题、阻碍和机会等；
• 及时准确地提供各类报表；
• 培养以帮助提升业务及团队个人能力等发展；
• 上级主管分配的其它工作或项目；

• 本科或以上学历;
• 有10年以上FMCG团队管理经验；最好有5年以上相关省区GT，NKA及RKA渠道管理经验；
• 致胜的工作态度及工作责任心；展现适应能力和抗压能力；
• 对于所属地区的业务具有敏感度；对数据要有敏锐性，善于分析生意的机会点；
• 具有业务谈判能力及沟通和客户的管控协调；
• 对各项KPI的理解及执行能力；
• 擅长于团队管理并能够激励团队向共同的目标奋进；诚实、守信；
• 能熟练应用电脑及OFFICE软件；有一定的英语基础及语言处理能力；
