What you’ll do?

• Work with Partners, Team Leaders, and broader Advisory teams on projects to establish and build trusted relationships with client executives, management, and delivery teams.
• Deliver excellence and innovation in the implementation of enterprise risk management systems, addressing complex business challenges from strategy through execution.
• Manage teams (typically 5+ including onshore and offshore resources) to design, build, and deliver innovative risk management systems for major Financial Institutions.
• Establish and develop key client relationships, collaboratively generating insights, shaping proposals, supporting responses, structuring delivery engagements, and managing risk system implementations from initiation to successful client outcomes.
• Take a business-led approach to system and solution design by blending business processes understanding, technical expertise, and advisory mindset to ensure solutions add real value for clients.
• Help manage and energize cross-competency teams to deliver client value through highly collaborative, agile, and technology-driven project methodologies.
• Support team growth by sharing system expertise, coaching passionately, and nurturing high-performing delivery teams.

What we’re looking for: 

As a Risk Technology Systems Manager in our Risk Consulting team your impact will be seen by:

Core skills

• 5 to 7 years’ experience in Enterprise Risk System implementations, with a background in business analysis, development, or project management within consulting environments.
• Strong skills in collecting and analyzing complex client requirements.
• Expertise in ServiceNow and/or RSA Archer architecture and best practices.
• Solid understanding of data architecture, process design, and experience with object-oriented programming languages such as Python, C#, Java, or JavaScript.

Desirable skills

• Experience leading and managing teams of 2 to 5 people, ideally delivering system implementations within financial services (banking and insurance).
• Exposure to business development, proposal creation, and structured delivery across the project lifecycle, utilizing Agile or other systematic methodologies.
• Effective communication skills, ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments, and a leadership mindset to help shape and grow the team.
• A collaborative nature, passion for innovation, problem-solving mindset, integrity, and care for colleagues.

About you:

You combine a strong business perspective with the ability to dive into technical details, working collaboratively to translate client commercial and technical objectives into effective system designs. You have a consultative mindset, and your experience bridges both technical know-how and business process understanding. While a degree in IT, Computer Science, Commerce, or Business Management is typical, we welcome diverse educational and technical backgrounds.
