Job Details
Join our Regulatory Affairs team in a pivotal role supporting local regulatory services across human and veterinary medicinal products. This is a great opportunity for an experienced regulatory professional who enjoys managing varied client projects, building strong relationships, and providing expert guidance across a diverse product landscape including medicines, cosmetics, food supplements, and herbal products. Working remotely from anywhere in the UK, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality regulatory support and helping clients navigate complex regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities to expand support services.
- Manage and support regulatory activities for marketing authorizations, including applications, renewals, and variations.
- Prepare, review, and compile documentation for a range of regulatory affairs projects.
- Communicate directly with clients and Health Authorities.
- Support scientific advice procedures and represent clients in interactions with authorities.
- Plan and deliver client projects in line with KPIs, coordinating colleagues and external partners where needed.
- Provide regulatory strategy and procedure management guidance to clients and colleagues.
- Stay current with regulatory developments and share insights across the team.
- Deliver seminars, lectures, and knowledge-sharing sessions for colleagues, clients, and professional audiences.
- Contribute to strategy implementation, process improvement, and broader commercial and business development activities.
- Support budget delivery through accurate reporting and project insight.

Education
- University degree in Life Sciences or a related discipline.
Experience
- Proven experience, or clear demonstrable capability, in regulatory affairs or a similar field.
- Advanced knowledge and practical experience in regulatory services, ideally across human and veterinary medicinal products.
- Experience handling complex regulatory tasks and supporting client-facing projects.
- Ability to work across multiple product categories such as medicines, cosmetics, food supplements, and herbal products.
Skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver against deadlines.
- Analytical and structured approach with the confidence to work independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a pragmatic and service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to support and guide junior colleagues and lead smaller projects.
- Strong relationship management skills with both internal teams and external clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present confidently and influence decision-makers.
- Business fluent English
