  • Lead post-delivery issue resolution activities for the Low Rate Initial Production (LRIP) program, driving cross-functional containment, root cause identification, corrective action implementation, and ensuring lessons learned are incorporated into production and future product baselines
  • Drive lab infrastructure planning to ensure required development, integration and test environments are available in support of current and future product configurations and software releases
  • Lead logistics and sustainment execution, including sparing, Government Furnished Equipment/Property management, fielding support & training, and other associated requirements
  • Build strong customer relationships based on transparency, disciplined execution and clear communication of risks, dependencies and tradeoffs
  • Serve as a key leader in requirements definition, proposal development, contract negotiations and change management
  • Maintain direct awareness of execution across subordinate programs and proactively remove barriers, resolve cross-program conflicts and drive closure of critical issues
  • Forecast and achieve financial performance objectives across the portfolio while maintaining appropriate contractual scope discipline
  • Prepare and present executive level briefings to internal and external stakeholders

Basic Qualifications:

Experience
