We are seeking a high-performing PMO Manager to support the governance and execution of strategic product programs across Corporate Solutions. This individual will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Commercialization, Regional Product, and Business Development teams to translate strategy into clear execution plans, drive accountability, and ensure programs deliver against defined business outcomes.

The ideal candidate is a strategic operator who brings structure to ambiguity, drives disciplined execution, communicates with clarity, and influences outcomes across a complex global organization. This role requires strong business judgment, analytical rigor, executive presence, and the ability to operate independently. You will help drive high-impact initiatives that support product execution, commercialization, and growth.

What You’ll Do:

Strategic Program Leadership
- Serve as the PMO lead for assigned Corporate Solutions product programs, acting as the trusted execution partner and central source of truth across scope, milestones, risks, dependencies, decisions, and outcomes.
- Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to translate strategic priorities into clear roadmaps, delivery plans, governance routines, and measurable success criteria.
- Drive execution across complex, cross-functional programs spanning multiple teams, regions, platforms, and enterprise dependencies.
- Bring structure to ambiguous or evolving priorities by clarifying objectives, aligning stakeholders, and creating practical paths to execution.
- Make informed decisions within scope, escalate issues appropriately, and help leadership focus on the highest-impact decisions.

Governance & Executive Communication
- Design and facilitate governance forums that create transparency, accountability, and timely decision-making.
- Prepare executive-ready materials, including steering committee updates, program scorecards, decision papers, and leadership readouts.
- Tailor communication to the audience, ensuring consistent messaging across Product, Engineering, Commercialization, Regional Product, and senior leadership.
- Proactively surface risks, dependencies, tradeoffs, and decision points with clear recommendations.
Ensure leadership has an accurate, concise, and actionable view of program health, progress, risks, and business impact.

Product Execution & Commercialization Readiness
- Partner with Product and Engineering to ensure strategic initiatives are translated into actionable plans with clear ownership, milestones, and delivery expectations.
- Work closely with Technical Program Management teams to maintain end-to-end visibility across delivery while providing a senior-level, cross-functional view of progress and execution health.
- Support regional product teams by helping translate technical and commercial product details into clear, client-ready context.
- Drive launch readiness, implementation planning, stakeholder alignment, and commercialization governance.
- Ensure programs remain connected to business priorities, including GDV growth, client adoption, implementation readiness, and ROI.

Performance Management & Business Impact
- Establish and manage KPIs, program scorecards, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to measure execution performance and business outcomes.
- Support business case development and track benefits realization against defined financial, operational, and strategic targets.
- Analyze trends, identify execution gaps, and partner with Product, Engineering, and regional teams to develop corrective action plans.
- Use data, insights, and structured problem solving to inform recommendations and drive continuous improvement.
- Help teams move from status reporting to outcome management, with a clear focus on measurable impact.

Operating Discipline and Continuous Improvement
- Own core program artifacts, including project plans, RAID logs, dependency trackers, action plans, governance materials, and executive status reporting.
- Improve visibility, execution control, and accountability across workstreams.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen governance routines, improve decision velocity, and reduce friction across teams.
- Champion consistent standards, scalable processes, and best practices across the Product Governance & Launch Center of Excellence.
- Support junior team development through coaching and knowledge sharing.
