Über diese Manager, Product Training & Enablement Stelle bei Prophix
See what you can do with Prophix
At Prophix, we’re building the platform that helps finance teams stop managing spreadsheets and start driving strategy. Prophix One™ brings planning, reporting, consolidation, and automation together in a single place, and we are expanding its AI capabilities faster than ever. If you want to work on a product that genuinely changes how finance teams operate, and do it alongside people who care about getting it right, this is where you want to be.
We’re headquartered in the Greater Toronto Area, with teams and offices across North America, Europe, and Australia. Trusted by more than 3,000 finance teams across 100+ countries, Prophix One™ is built for organisations that want to plan smarter and move faster.
As the Manager of Product Training & Enablement, you will shape how Prophix's employees and customers learn, designing and delivering product training solutions that build capability and drive performance. You'll work closely with stakeholders across specific business units, new hires, and customers to build learning programs that are engaging, measurable, and aligned to where the business is headed. This is a role for someone who believes great learning experiences can change outcomes and wants the ownership to prove it.
What You Will Do
Own the Learning Strategy and Roadmap
· Design and own a comprehensive learning strategy covering new hires, tenured Phixers, customers, and partners, segmented by audience and prioritized against Prophix’s business goals, reviewed and adjusted as those goals shift
· Build and maintain the enablement roadmap for global Customer Experience programs, including support for EMEA and LATAM as Prophix’s footprint grows
· Proactively partner across Professional Services, Customer Success, Product Adoption, and Support to identify learning gaps before they show up as support tickets or stalled adoption
Design and Deliver Training People Actually Want to Sit Through
· Apply instructional design methodology to build learning experiences for new hires, tenured Phixers, customers, and partners, tailored to how each audience actually learns, not a one-size-fits-all deck
· Personally facilitate product training sessions, virtually and in person, bringing subject-matter depth and genuinely engaging delivery to every session
· Own Prophix Live and other recurring customer training programs end to end, content, scheduling, and how sessions are communicated and promoted to customers
· Own partner training and enablement, since partner delivery depends on programs built and maintained by this function
· Build and maintain training content (course materials, live demos, job aids) that’s accurate, practical, and designed to be interactive rather than passive
Measure What’s Working, Then Act On It
· Define and track success metrics across all learning programs, and use the data, attendance, completion, support ticket trends, satisfaction, to find what’s actually breaking down, not just report that it is
· Bring a builder’s mindset to every program: if something isn’t landing, redesign it rather than running it as-is out of habit
Lead the Team and Scale the Function With AI
· Lead and coach a small team of Learning and Content Specialists, setting clear expectations and giving them real project ownership
· Embed AI-powered tools across the learning function for content creation, personalized learning paths, data analysis, and generating new ideas and formats, not just making existing ones faster
· Stay current on L&D and AI trends, and champion a culture of learning, collaboration, and compliance (including DEI principles) across the teams you support
Requirements
What You Will Bring
We hire for potential as much as experience. If this role excites you but you don’t check every box, we still want to hear from you. At Prophix, people who ask good questions, adapt quickly, and bring a fresh perspective often make the biggest impact.
Required Qualifications
· Post-secondary education in Adult Learning, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, or a related discipline, supplemented by facilitation or training certifications.
· 5+ years of experience in SaaS learning and development, with a demonstrated track record of designing and delivering impactful learning solutions (product training for both external and internal stakeholders)
· 2+ years leading or mentoring a team of learning or content professionals, with the ability to set clear expectations, coach on delivery quality, and give people real ownership of their programs
· Solid understanding of instructional design methodologies and the ability to customize them for diverse audiences, including customers, new hires, and tenured employees
· Hands-on experience with learning technologies (e.g., AI tools, Skilljar, or 360 Learning) and a genuine interest in using them to create engaging, modern learning experiences
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to measure program effectiveness and translate data into meaningful improvements
· Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to build relationships and align across teams and business units
· Comfortable using AI tools to drive efficiency and continuous improvement
· Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with confidence facilitating learning experiences for varied audiences
· Willingness and ability to travel approximately 10% of the time
· Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience developing customer-facing, partner or channel enablement training programs within a B2B SaaS environment
· Prior experience in a CPM, FP&A, or other financial software company
· Experience applying AI tools specifically to learning content creation or personalized learning paths
· Experience building or supporting global training programs for distributed, multi-region audiences (e.g., EMEA, LATAM)
· Naturally curious and proactive mindset, someone who challenges the status quo and continuously seeks better ways to meet the needs of a growing global organization
What Success Looks Like
30 days: You know the platform, the team, and the current state of every active learning program enough to see what's working and what isn't.
90 days: You've published a stakeholder-validated learning strategy and roadmap, and built real working relationships with Professional Services, Customer Success, Product Adoption, and Support, a jointly owned plan, not just introductions.
6-12 months: You've redesigned or built a customer-facing training program that's measurably moved the needle — fewer repeat support tickets, better completion and satisfaction scores — and your team has clear expectations and real ownership of their work.
