Order Management sits at the center of how Figma turns contracts into revenue — every deal our Sales team closes passes through this team before it is invoiced. As part of Revenue Operations within Accounting, the team owns order form review, invoicing, and billing support for a global customer base. As Figma grows, this manager will lead the people and day-to-day operation behind that work: setting priorities, developing the team, owning quality and escalations, and leading Order Management readiness for product, pricing, and system changes.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States, preferably during Pacific timezone hours.
What you'll do at Figma:
- Lead day-to-day order processing from contract review and order entry through invoicing, setting priorities, managing queue health and SLAs, and stepping into the most complex work and escalations when needed
- Manage, coach, and develop designated offshore KMC employees and one Senior Order Management Analyst FTE, with clear goals, recurring feedback, quality expectations, and growth plans
- Own team quality by establishing review standards, monitoring error and backlog trends, and turning recurring issues into coaching, documentation, controls, or process changes
- Lead Order Management UAT for new products, SKUs, pricing models, and billing system releases — defining coverage, assigning and executing tests, triaging defects, and communicating launch readiness and risk
- Lead Order Management support for month-end and quarter-end close, including backlog and escalation management, reconciliations, accruals, and cross-system data integrity, while maintaining SOX controls and audit-ready documentation
- Partner with Revenue Accounting, Revenue Transformation, Deal Desk, Sales Ops, Biz Sys, Billing Engineering, Tax, and Legal to resolve issues and deliver scalable order-to-cash improvements
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- 5+ years of experience in order management, order-to-cash, billing operations, or revenue operations at a SaaS company, or equivalent depth of experience
- Demonstrated leadership through people coaching, team coordination, quality ownership, or cross-functional project leadership; prior formal management experience is helpful but not required
- Deep understanding of how order entry decisions flow downstream into billing, revenue, collections, and reporting, including the control implications of those decisions
- Experience leading UAT or system-change readiness, including test planning, cross-functional coordination, defect triage, and clear risk communication
- Strong people leadership, operational judgment, and communication skills, with a track record of creating clarity and maintaining quality under month- and quarter-end pressure
While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
- Experience using or tuning automation — scripts, queries, workflows, or AI tooling — to remove manual work and improve team capacity in an operations process
- Experience directly managing offshore or BPO employees in a public-company or SOX-controlled environment

Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location.
