We're looking for a highly organized, creative writer to define how our brand shows up across channels, campaigns, and customer experiences. The ideal candidate brings an agency background, deep expertise in email and social marketing, experience developing brand voice standards for large organizations, and a strong understanding of how AI-powered content creation is changing modern marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Owns brand voice and ensures consistent, compelling writing across all marketing materials and channels
• Partners with design, marketing strategists, and stakeholders to develop messaging for campaign concepts that moves beyond executional copywriting
• Writes and edits copy across formats including digital, email, social, print, and web content, including leveraging AI tools for swift copy output
• Establishes and maintains copy guidelines and standards for use across the Marketing team
• Develops AI prompting guidance and content guardrails that enable enterprise creator teams to create effective, on-brand content using generative AI tools

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, English, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 8+ years of experience in brand copywriting, content strategy, or creative leadership
• Deep experience in email marketing and social media content strategy
• Experience developing and governing brand voice and tone guidelines for a large organization
• Portfolio showcasing brand campaigns, storytelling, and multi-channel marketing work
• Understanding of how to leverage generative AI tools for copy and content creation
• Experience with Workfront or similar workflow platforms
• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or related marketing technologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of automotive, transportation, or related industries, with an appreciation for automotive culture
