JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Marketing Technology, AI and CX Manager will lead the development and optimization of the marketing technology ecosystem to enable personalized, data-driven consumer experiences across paid, owned and earned channels. The role bridges Media, CX, CRM, analytics, AI and digital capabilities to drive growth and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
MarTech Strategy & Platform Management
- Develop and execute the MarTech roadmap aligned with media, CRM and CX objectives.
- Evaluate and implement emerging marketing technologies, AI solutions, and automation tools.
- Partner with IT, Data, and Product teams to ensure platform integration and scalability.
AI Planning & Insights
- Leverage AI to automate reporting, analysis, and opportunity identification.
- Build automated dashboards and real-time insight generation frameworks.
- Drive predictive analytics and next-best action recommendations.
Customer Data & Audience Management
- Support CDP, CRM and audience management capabilities.
- Enable audience segmentation and personalization at scale.
Campaign Automation & Journey Orchestration
- Design and optimize omnichannel customer journeys.
- Drive lifecycle marketing programs across email, push, SMS, WhatsApp, web and app channels.
Digital Ad Intelligence & Competitive Benchmarking
- Monitor competitor activity across search, social, programmatic and video channels.
- Develop benchmarking frameworks for share of voice, digital presence and campaign effectiveness.
- Translate intelligence into actionable media and CX recommendations.
Media, Personalization & Activation
- Enable audience-first media activation through advanced data and technology capabilities.
- Drive omnichannel personalization by connecting media, CRM and CX activations.
GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) / AI-SEO
- Develop strategies to improve brand visibility across AI-powered search and answer engines.
- Drive optimization for ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Perplexity and other AI search experiences.
- Identify opportunities to drive incremental traffic and engagement through GEO initiatives.
Measurement, Governance & Compliance
- Develop KPI frameworks and performance dashboards.
- Ensure data privacy compliance, governance and vendor management.

Preferred Qualifications.
- 6–10 years of experience in MarTech, CRM, Digital Marketing, CX or Analytics.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Platform, GA4 and similar platforms.
- Knowledge of AI-powered marketing tools, GEO/AI-SEO, competitive intelligence platforms and predictive analytics.
