Role Responsibilities

• Lead Pago Fácil’s brand strategy and annual 360° marketing plan across all products, channels, and customer segments.
• Develop and execute integrated marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
• Oversee the marketing strategy and performance of the Pago Fácil App, focusing on user adoption, engagement, retention, and customer experience.
• Design and implement trade marketing programs in partnership with Commercial teams to maximize impact across the retail network and strategic partners.
• Lead the development and execution of multi-channel campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, social media, web, and app platforms.
• Manage external agencies and marketing partners to ensure high-quality execution, brand consistency, and optimal return on investment.
• Strengthen the customer journey across physical and digital touchpoints, identifying opportunities to improve experience and loyalty.
• Partner with senior leaders across Commercial, Finance, Product, and other business functions to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
• Monitor market trends, customer insights, competitor activity, and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and support strategic decision-making.

Role Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or postgraduate studies are preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in Brand, Digital, or Commercial Marketing roles, preferably within fintech, payments, digital wallets, retail, or consumer-focused industries.
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze performance metrics, evaluate market opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders, influencing senior leadership, and collaborating across multiple business functions.

• Advanced English proficiency and strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, CRM solutions, and Microsoft Office applications.
•  Previous leadership experience is preferred and high-potential senior professionals ready to take the next step in their leadership career are strongly encouraged to apply.
