The Role and What You'll Do: 

The focus of your role is the signing, development and management of emerging talent and to generate revenue for the Models business. Your role will include meetings with prospective talent and nurturing those relationships until the point of signing. You will be working collaboratively with Development managers in other IMG Models offices as well as building relationships with secondary market agencies to continue the development of talent through international placement and travel. Additionally, you will have a strong focus on image and collaborating with photographers and creatives to achieve strong test shoots and editorials to further develop talent portfolios.   

• Responsible for identifying and signing appropriate talent (both traditional and non-traditional) for IMG Models. 

• Responsible for identifying and establishing new customer and agency relationships for the Models team. 

• Work collaboratively and strategically with all colleagues on the Models team to ensure revenue and commercial opportunity is realized.  

• Work creatively on editorial and image clients to support individual model trajectory and IMG image within the market.  

• Identify emerging creative talent to collaborate with IMG models.  

• Collaborate with colleagues in other Models offices globally to understand broader projects and business goals and movement of development talent throughout the network.

• Demonstrated ability to market clients and grow revenue. 

• Understanding of social media and digital networking.  

• Strong networking skills. 

• Ability to identify model talent.

• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues from all departments both within the Models and IMG Fashion team and the broader Endeavor group. 

• Excellent communication skills written and verbal.  

• Excellent knowledge of the worldwide market.  

• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.
