Job Description:

Responsibilities

Product Marketing & Promotion Support

• Support the development, coordination, and delivery of product marketing and promotional materials for product launches and promotion.
• Coordinate with Product Proposition, Product Campaign, Distribution, Compliance, Legal, Operations, and external vendors to ensure timely production and approval of marketing materials.
• Coordinate and manage external vendors involved in the production of marketing and promotional materials, including briefing, scheduling, quality review, cost monitoring, and delivery tracking to ensure materials are produced on time and in accordance with business and compliance requirements.
• Conduct quality checks and proof-reading to ensure marketing materials are accurate, consistent, and compliant with regulatory and internal requirements.
• Manage stakeholder review and approval processes of marketing materials and monitor production timelines to ensure launch readiness

Campaign Fulfilment & Enquiry Management

• Manage campaign fulfilment activities, including eligibility validation, fulfilment processing, reconciliation, exception handling, and operational controls.
• Coordinate fulfilment execution with Operations, IT, Finance, Customer Service, and Distribution teams.
• Handle and resolve campaign fulfilment-related enquiries from internal stakeholders and distribution channels.
• Perform data validation, fulfilment file verification, and reconciliation to ensure fulfilment accuracy.
• Maintain fulfilment records, audit trails, and operational documentation.

Requirements

Education & Experience

• University degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• 5 – 8 years of experience in product marketing support, campaign management, marketing communications, business operations, or related functions.
• Experience supporting product launches, marketing collateral development, and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience handling large datasets and fulfilment operations, or customer incentive programmes is an advantage.
• Experience in life insurance or financial services industry is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, where advanced Microsoft Excel skills are essential for the role, with proven experience in handling large datasets, performing data validation, reconciliation, exception analysis, and fulfilment file preparation. Proficiency in Excel formulas, data cleansing, and data quality checks is required.
• Strong data management and data manipulation ("data massaging") capabilities, with the ability to analyze, validate, and reconcile complex datasets accurately and efficiently to support campaign fulfilment.
