  • Develop scalable engineering documentation standards, templates, playbooks, and lifecycle management processes across the global CM and OEM network
  • Lead standardization of technology transfer documentation, manufacturing readiness assessments, supplier industrialization support, and operational governance routines
  • Partner with Regional Directors and cross-functional leaders to support Contract Manufacturing and OEM management excellence across commercial, operational, performance, quality, and engineering dimensions
  • Support Make/Buy and Core/Non-Core operations strategy initiatives by enabling structured manufacturing data, process documentation, supplier capability inputs, and cost transparency insights
  • Support co-manufacturing site operations and supply intervention activities through engineering coordination, documentation readiness, risk tracking, and escalation management
  • Develop and maintain global best-practice libraries, lessons learned, engineering standards, and reusable templates to accelerate deployment across external manufacturing partners
  • Build and execute the roadmap for future BOP, BOE, and BOQ deployment, including governance, ownership model, data structure, and change control requirements
  • Establish operational metrics and reporting to monitor documentation maturity, industrialization readiness, supplier execution, technology transfer progress, and continuous improvement impact
  • Drive value engineering and cost transparency initiatives by structuring manufacturing process, equipment, quality, and supplier capability data in a consistent way
  • Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team supporting global external manufacturing operations in a matrixed environment

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience or Master's degree with 10+ years of experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related technical discipline
  • Experience in manufacturing engineering, industrialization, technical operations, engineering governance, contract manufacturing, OEM management, or external manufacturing operations
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives or technical teams in a global, matrixed organization

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong experience with Contract Manufacturing, OEM operations, supplier industrialization, and external manufacturing governance
  • Demonstrated ability to establish new operating models, governance frameworks, and scalable documentation or knowledge management systems
  • Experience supporting technology transfers, new product introductions, product transfers, manufacturing readiness, and production ramp-up activities
  • Working knowledge of Make/Buy analysis, Core/Non-Core assessments, supplier capability evaluation, and manufacturing network strategy
  • Experience with PLM, ERP, SharePoint, document management systems, workflow automation, digital manufacturing platforms, or similar systems
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing standards, quality systems, engineering change control, supplier performance management, and operational excellence
  • Lean Six Sigma, PMP, product owner, change management, or operational excellence certification preferred
  • Strong analytical and business acumen with ability to translate manufacturing information into actionable operational decisions
  • Excellent communication, executive presentation, stakeholder influence, and change leadership skills
