As a Manager – Deal Advisory – Deals Tech & Data Solutions (DTDS), you will lead teams in delivering innovative data and analytics solutions within our Deals practice. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs and leveraging your skills to provide strategic insights and data-driven solutions. As a Manager, you will be responsible for guiding and developing your team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and maintaining the quality of deliverables. You will play a crucial role in managing client accounts, driving project success, and mentoring junior staff to enhance their skills and performance.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will have the opportunity to work within our Deals practice, focusing on strategic planning and execution. You will be accountable for the successful planning, budgeting, and completion of projects, confirming that timelines and quality standards are met. Your ability to embrace technology and innovation will be key in delivering exceptional client service and identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. Responsibilities

- Leading data analysis initiatives to support client advisory services in deal technology and data solutions
- Managing complex data sets to derive actionable insights and inform strategic decision-making
- Developing and implementing data-driven strategies using tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, and Tableau
- Overseeing the creation and maintenance of data pipelines and data warehouses to support business analytics
- Conducting exploratory data analysis and predictive modeling to identify trends and opportunities
- Confirming data integrity and security within analytics frameworks and processes
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate data solutions into client engagements
- Providing coaching and feedback to team members to enhance their analytical skills and performance
- Utilizing machine learning and statistical analysis to improve data quality and drive innovation
- Preparing and presenting detailed reports and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 6 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Engineering, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Computer and Information Science, Economics, Finance
- At least one of the following: A Certification in databases (Databricks, MS SQL), visualization tools (Power BI), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), or predictive modeling/ML (Python, SAS)
- Demonstrating proficiency in complex data analysis and data modeling
- Utilizing advanced skills in data visualization tools like Tableau
- Excelling in machine learning and predictive analytics techniques
- Leading teams in developing data-driven insights for client solutions
- Managing projects with a focus on data integrity and quality improvement plans
