As the Manager, Commercial Analytics you will play a pivotal role in driving transformative commercial outcomes across global markets. You will leverage advanced analytics to deliver strategic insights, performance analysis, and market intelligence that shape executive decision making and commercial strategy across regions.

This role is ideal for an analytical thought partner and proactive strategist—someone who tailors insights to regional needs, fosters cross functional collaboration, and contributes to global commercial success through data driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply advanced analytics and statistical modeling to evaluate commercial performance across regions.
• Uncover underlying drivers, trends, risks, and barriers influencing business outcomes.
• Use predictive analytics, scenario planning, and forecasting to inform proactive commercial strategies.

• Generate region specific, actionable insights that accelerate decision making and drive commercial alignment.
• Translate complex data into intuitive narratives that enable stakeholders to take decisive action.

• Develop clear, concise, and compelling reports that highlight commercial performance, trends, KPIs, and business implications.
• Build scalable executive dashboards and visualizations to support strategic conversations and quarterly business reviews.

• Collaborate closely with Finance, Strategy, Operations, and other cross functional partners to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment across commercial reporting.
• Champion analytics across the organization by socializing insights using strong storytelling and visualization techniques.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commercial Analytics, Economics, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, or commercial operations—ideally within MedTech, Pharma, or other regulated industries.
• Experience supporting global or multi-region commercial teams strongly preferred.
• Proven proficiency with SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent analytics and visualization tools.

The Omnipod is a discreet and easy-to-use system that eliminates many of the issues associated with conventional pumps.
