About the role:
Partner with clients to deliver strategic accounting and taxation advice, transforming complex financial information into meaningful insights and outcomes.
As a manager, you'll also foster the growth and development of junior team members while contributing to a high-performance team culture.
Key Responsibilities
Review workpapers, financial statements, and tax returns to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance.
Build strong client relationships and provide practical accounting, taxation, and business advisory solutions.
Identify opportunities, risks, and strategic outcomes through commercial and industry insight.
Manage client engagements, workflow, and team deliverables to achieve high-quality outcomes.
Research and resolve complex accounting and taxation matters.
Analyse financial and management reports to deliver meaningful business insights.
Deliver strategic tax planning and advisory services across a diverse client portfolio.
Mentor, coach, and develop junior team members while fostering a collaborative team culture.
Ensure accurate financial records and compliance with firm policies, systems, and reporting requirements.
About you:
5–7 years’ experience within a Professional Services environment.
Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong client and stakeholder relationships.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
Proven ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning.
Desirable
Exposure to business development activities, including client relationship management, networking, and identifying growth opportunities.
