About the role

As our Corporate Risk and Internal Audit Manager, you'll plan and deliver audits and assurance projects across multiple business areas and processes. You'll evaluate risks and controls, recommend practical improvements and monitor actions through remediation. You'll also use data analytics, modelling and transformation, particularly Power BI, to turn data into actionable insights, reports and dashboards that strengthen audit approaches and quantify risk.

Required Qualifications

• Delivered internal audit and other assurance activities, including identifying risks and assessing design and effectiveness of mitigating actions.
• Collaborated with business stakeholders to understand processes and to identify and obtain relevant information to deliver data-driven solutions and actionable insights.
• Demonstrated technical expertise in Power Platform with particular depth in Power BI, including data quality assessment, Power Query (M) transformation, star-schema dimensional modelling, and complex DAX analytics.
• Applied strong interpersonal and communication skills to enable meaningful collaboration that values diverse viewpoints and cultures while being able to influence results; ability to interpret and explain highly technical information in simple terms
• Ability to travel globally and collaborate across multiple time zones

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of SAP S/4HANA configurations or functionality in your work.
•  Experience in using Databricks platform
• Project management skills
• Ability to navigate a complex organisation with dispersed stakeholders

What you'll build

• Plan and execute assurance work across varied business areas, processes and compliance frameworks.
• Data models and analytics dashboards using multiple data sources to identify patterns, anomalies, control deviations and wider risks.
• Clear reports and presentations that recommend practical improvements and monitor corrective actions through implementation.

Life on the team

You'll join Corporate Risk and Internal Audit within the CFO area. We provide independent assurance over governance, enterprise risks and internal controls. It's a global team working across projects and business functions, following a hybrid model of spending an average of three days a week together in the office. You'll bring critical thinking, analytical problem-solving skills and build constructive relationships while maintaining independence and confidentiality.

You’ll gain broad organisational exposure and the opportunity to support the business in managing risks and opportunities, improving controls, and protecting employees, the brand and the company. You’ll develop enhanced data analytics to identify patterns and anomalies that drive action and support more real-time risk-based prioritisation.
