As a Managed Services - SEC Perpetual Finance - Senior Associate, you will engage in delivering outsourced solutions that streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency for our clients. Within our Assurance practice, you will execute key processes such as client interaction, data review, and quality control implementation. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate complex situations, grow your personal brand, and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

- Executing outsourced processes including client and customer interaction, data review, and processing
- Implementing and monitoring quality controls to maintain service standards
- Resolving escalations and queries efficiently to support client satisfaction

- Conducting compliance reviews and audits to uphold regulatory standards
- Reviewing and verifying financial documents to support accurate reporting

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
