Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow strategic accounts within the assigned territory.
• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Build strong customer relationships and increase customer share of wallet.
• Conduct sales calls, customer presentations, business reviews, and contract negotiations.
• Lead RFQs, pricing discussions, and implementation handovers with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline, account plans, and customer information in CRM systems.
• Work closely with Operations, Customer Service, Marketing, and regional teams to deliver customer solutions.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in logistics, express, freight forwarding, supply chain, or related industries.
• Proven track record in new business development and achieving sales targets.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
• Self-motivated, customer-focused, and results-oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM systems.
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle for customer visits.
