Maintenance Technician (f/m/d)

Where You'll Make a Difference

The Maintenance Technician plays a key role in ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of electrical, mechanical, and facility systems across the site. You will support uninterrupted manufacturing operations through preventive and corrective maintenance activities while maintaining full compliance with EHS, GMP, and company standards.

Maintenance & Equipment Reliability

• Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems to ensure equipment safety, reliability, and performance.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and mechanical failures in a timely and efficient manner.

• Oversee the installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of machinery and equipment to ensure compliance with operational specifications.

• Respond promptly and effectively to emergency maintenance requests.

Facility Maintenance & Infrastructure Support

• Carry out facility maintenance activities, including HVAC systems, plumbing, and general building upkeep.

• Support production operations by ensuring site infrastructure remains fully operational and compliant.

Safety, Quality & Compliance

• Ensure strict adherence to EHS, GMP, and safety procedures while performing all maintenance activities.

• Follow all company policies, procedures, and guidelines as outlined in the Employee Guidebook.

• Immediately escalate any unusual occurrences, risks, safety concerns, or equipment damage to the Maintenance or Engineering Manager.

Documentation & Continuous Improvement

• Maintain accurate maintenance records, repair history, and technical documentation.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing equipment reliability and operational efficiency.

Project Support & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with maintenance team members, production teams, and other departments to address maintenance requirements.

• Participate in project teams with Engineering, contractors, and vendors for the installation of new equipment and implementation of new processes.

• Support capital projects and site improvement initiatives.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Technical diploma or equivalent qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.

• 2 to 5 years of experience in a maintenance role within an industrial or manufacturing environment.

• Hands-on experience working with electrical and mechanical systems.

• Knowledge of GMP, safety, and EHS standards within a regulated environment.

• Ability to read and understand technical documentation and equipment specifications.
