WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- This position will perform a variety of maintenance tasks including diagnosing, repairing, rebuilding, or replacing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on plant equipment.
- Technicians work as part of a team to safely perform preventive maintenance activities as well as answer break down calls in a production environment.
- Maintenance Technician positions are multi-craft and training is provided to develop these skills.
- Follow manufacturers' manuals to determine test and maintenance procedures.
- Candidates must follow all safety rules, work hour regulations, and keep work areas in a clean and safe condition.
- Compliance with quality and safety management requirements.
- 1+ Year experience in successfully troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
- Trade certification a plus (HVAC, Welding, Mechanical, Electrical)
- Must be a U.S. citizen and be eligible to apply for and maintain a U.S. security clearance.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in robotics or mechatronics preferred.
- Experience with maintenance and repair of robotic and automation systems.
- Proficient in reading technical documents and schematics.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in various conditions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including emergency call-ins.
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
