Über diese Maintenance Tech II - 2nd Shift Stelle bei Revlon Manufacturing & Distribution

Revlon Manufacturing & Distribution · Vor Ort · Oxford, North Carolina

At Revlon, we create beauty innovations for everyone that inspire confidence and ignite joy every day.

Breaking beauty boundaries is in our company’s DNA. Since its game-changing launch of the first opaque nail enamel in 1932 (and later, the first long-wear foundation), Revlon has provided consumers with high-quality product innovation, performance, and sophisticated glamour. Elizabeth Arden made waves as a woman-led beauty company in the 1920s. In 1931, Almay became the original hypoallergenic, fragrance-free beauty brand.

Today, Revlon resiliently continues its legacy as a leading global beauty company. Our diverse portfolio—which consists of some of the world’s most iconic brands and product offerings in color cosmetics, skincare, hair color & care, personal care, and fragrances—is sold around the world through prestige, professional, mass, and direct-to-consumer retail channels. These brands include Revlon, Revlon Professional, Elizabeth Arden, Almay, American Crew, CND, Cutex, Mitchum, Sinful Colors, Creme of Nature, Christina Aguilera, John Varvatos, Juicy Couture, Ed Hardy and more.

We honor our heritage, embrace change, and applaud diversity. We champion our employees and celebrate our consumers.

We are Revlon, together, transforming beauty.

This role is an Onsite Role: This role requires full-time presence at our Oxford, North Carolina office.

Overview:

Ready to keep things running like a well-oiled machine? As a Maintenance Technician II, you’ll be the go-to problem solver for our production equipment—keeping beauty flowing from the factory floor to the hands of consumers. This role blends hands-on technical expertise with a knack for troubleshooting and continuous improvement. If you love variety, precision, and making things work better every day, this is your stage.

Responsibilities

You’ll be part of the heartbeat of our operations, ensuring equipment reliability and efficiency. Here’s what you’ll dive into:

  • Keep it moving: Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of filling and assembly equipment, conveyors, pumps, and packaging systems.
  • Diagnose like a pro: Perform root cause analysis to eliminate recurring failures and keep downtime to a minimum.
  • Hands-on precision: Operate shop equipment (mills, lathes, saws) and interpret mechanical schematics with confidence.
  • Prevent problems before they start: Execute mechanical PMs during operation or scheduled downtime.
  • Stay safe and compliant: Follow GMP, USDA, and all safety regulations while maintaining clean, orderly work areas.
  • Collaborate and communicate: Work within a team structure, interface with vendors, and provide guidance when needed.
  • Drive improvement: Modify equipment and recommend system enhancements to support a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Document and report: Complete accurate maintenance records and escalate issues that block progress.
  • Flex and adapt: Work across various plant areas and train others as needed.

Who You Are

You’re a hands-on problem solver with a passion for precision and a love for learning. You thrive in fast-paced environments and bring a mix of technical know-how and collaborative spirit. Here’s what sets you apart:

  • Curious and proactive—you don’t just fix problems, you prevent them.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities without breaking a sweat.
  • Strong communicator who can translate technical details into clear action.
  • Detail-oriented with a knack for spotting opportunities to improve processes.
  • A team player who values safety, quality, and efficiency as much as we do.
