Job Description
What you'll do
- Perform preventative maintenance on production and facility equipment to maximize uptime and reliability.
- Diagnose mechanical issues by observing equipment operation and identifying the root cause of failures.
- Dismantle, inspect, repair, and replace defective machinery components.
- Measure and evaluate worn parts to determine repair or replacement requirements.
- Adjust equipment and control systems using hand tools, levels, and precision measuring devices.
- Fabricate, modify, and install replacement parts using machine shop equipment and metalworking tools.
- Operate equipment such as lathes, drill presses, grinders, and related shop machinery.
- Test, lubricate, and maintain equipment to verify safe and effective operation.
- Order maintenance parts and supplies as needed to support repair activities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts that enhance equipment reliability and maintenance efficiency.
What you need
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair skills – required.
- Ability to read and interpret maintenance instructions, diagrams, and technical documentation – required.
- Experience using hand tools, measuring devices, and machine shop equipment – required.
- Basic mathematical skills, including measurements, formulas, and geometric calculations – required.
- Ability to identify problems and apply practical solutions in a manufacturing environment – required.
- Basic computer skills for entering maintenance and timekeeping data – required.
- 2–4 years of industrial, building, or equipment maintenance experience – required.
- High school diploma or GED – required.
- This position requires access to export-controlled information. Applicants must qualify as a U.S. Person as defined by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).

Salary Range:
$39,000.00-$52,000.000The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
