Key Responsibilities
- Leads and supports the delivery of audits in line with GwIA methodology and audit plan.
- Demonstrates technical knowledge and understanding of business risks and controls to drive quality audit outcomes, including consistent application of audit methodology.
- Identifies and documents clear, evidence-based audit findings, and supports timely follow-up and closure of audit issues with stakeholders.
- Builds trusted and constructive relationships with stakeholders while maintaining professionalism, independence, and composure under pressure.
- Communicates audit scope, issues, and outcomes clearly, and manages discussions constructively, including challenging views where required.
- Encourages openness, transparency, and early escalation, to promote self-identification of risks/issues.
- Drives practical use of data analytics, AI, automation, and continuous auditing within audits, to enhance audit coverage and efficiency.
- Demonstrates awareness of emerging technologies (including AI-enabled tools) and supports their appropriate use in audit activities.Maintains independence and objectivity in all audit activities while building constructive working relationships with stakeholders.
- Raises difficult issues professionally and objectively.
- Exercises balanced judgement, avoiding both over-escalation and under-reporting.

- Demonstrates willingness to learn, adapt and continuously improve skills and capabilities.
- As an Audit Lead, supports the team in day-to-day management of the audit, including resource scheduling and task allocation, ensuring well-coordinated and timely delivery.
- Submits high-quality reports and information to Audit Committee and senior executives.
