We work on complex projects ranging from small meetings to large international conferences, managing every detail with precision and creativity. What You'll Do:

• Manage ticketing and attendee management for domestic and international events, coordinating registrations, access, and reporting

• Communicate directly with clients as the primary project lead, managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables

• Develop and negotiate contracts with suppliers (DMC, venues, catering, transportation), identifying value-added solutions

• Manage budgets, pro-formas, and financial reconciliation, ensuring compliance with deposit terms and billing guidelines

• Coordinate with web development teams on attendee registration website creation and collaborate with group travel teams

• Plan and coordinate meetings/events with meticulous attention to detail, proactively managing issues and escalations

• Maintain accurate and updated event information in CWT/client systems and complete time tracking as required

• Ensure compliance with SLAs, insurance, legal, health, and safety obligations

What We're Looking For:

• 2-3+ years of experience in meeting planning and project management

• Proven experience with Amadeus and excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills

• Strong negotiation abilities, budget management, and financial acumen

• Strong multitasking capability and ability to work well under pressure with excellent customer service skills

• Danish native/mother tongue/Fluent; Fluent English; an additional language is a plus

• Flexibility for domestic and international travel when required
