Het team 

Je komt terecht in een team, waar behulpzaamheid en goede teamspirit centraal staan. Je maakt deel uit van onze afdeling Services, waarbij je toonaangevende farmaceutische bedrijven en laboratoria ondersteunt door hen te helpen met onderzoek en ontwikkeling binnen de Life Sciences.

Je komt terecht in een tijdelijke job (3 maanden) waarbij je werkt op de locatie van één van onze grootste farmaceutische klanten met locatie in Beerse. Naast een aantrekkelijk salaris ontvang je maaltijdscheques, een bonusplan en gratis fruit op het werk.

Een wetenschappelijke achtergrond is niet vereist, want je wordt volledig intern opgeleid. Misschien werk je momenteel in logistiek, dienstverlening of verkoop, maar heb je wel een algemene interesse in wetenschappen en dan kan dit je kans zijn om jouw carrière een andere weg in te slaan!

Werkuren: Maandag – vrijdag, flexibele starttijd tussen 07:45 en 09:00 en vertrek vanaf 16:00

Wat we zoeken

Ervaring: is niet vereist, motivatie en leergierigheid primeren!

Vereiste vaardigheden:

• Goede vaardigheden in MS Office

• Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en een basiskennis Engels

• Sterke administratieve vaardigheden, grote portie motivatie en leergierig

• Klantvriendelijk, zelfstandig en proactief

• Georganiseerd, gestructureerd en stressbestendig

Hoe u zal groeien en een impact zal hebben

• Dagelijks beheer van voorraadkasten en stockrooms, inclusief ontvangen, uitpakken, verdelen en stockeren van goederen en controle van vervaldata

• Plaatsen en opvolgen van bestellingen via digitale kanalen

• Interne en externe communicatie m.b.t. bestellingen bij de leveranciers per mail of telefoon

• Verdelen van persoonlijke pakketten op de site

• Ophalen van afval (glas, solventen, divers, ...) en aanvullen van het leeggoed

• Bieden van algemene ondersteuning in het lab zoals, autoclaveren van diverse materialen (afval), inschrijven van data in logboeken, enz.

• Oplossen van facturatie problemen en opvolgen van orders

• Inkomende solventen, reagentia en consumables registreren in de database, etiketten printen en reviewen

• Maken en updaten van Werkinstructies en Werkwijzes
