Ingredion is looking for a Logistics Supervisor KSN to lead logistics operations at our Kalasin Manufacturing Plant. In this role, your logistics leadership will help ensure efficient raw material, finished goods, and consumables management while strengthening service levels, quality and safety compliance, and cost optimization.
As a Logistics Supervisor KSN, you will manage logistics activities at the Kalasin plant, implement logistics strategies that support business and manufacturing growth, and lead the KSN Logistics Team to follow standard processes and procedures in line with Quality and Safety Compliance.
What you will do:
Logistics Strategy Management – Develop and manage KSN logistics strategies, overall logistics performance, cost efficiency, and improvement initiatives to achieve business goals and logistics cost targets.
Logistics Operation Management – Design and optimize the logistics network for KSN in collaboration with Production, Export Supply Chain, Quality, Sales, and other plant logistics teams.
Warehouse Capacity Management – Analyze warehouse space, product flow, and storage conditions to simplify work, improve efficiency, and support company growth.
Transportation Management – Plan, coordinate, and manage transportation activities with 3PL partners to ensure timely, high-quality, and cost-effective delivery.
Audits & Compliance Support – Support internal, external, and customer logistics audits at the KSN manufacturing plant, including follow-up of action plans.
Supplier Performance Review – Implement KPIs and conduct monthly logistics supplier performance reviews to measure process effectiveness and drive improvement.
Team & Project Management – Lead, coach, and develop team members; initiate CI programs, support cost-saving projects, plant initiatives, and ad hoc assignments under the Logistics Manager Thailand.
What you will bring:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Logistics or Supply Chain; work experience in the food industry is preferred.
Experience in Lean / Six Sigma projects and productivity improvement initiatives.
Strong leadership and people management skills with a can-do mindset.
Good command of spoken and written English; proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and related logistics systems.
