💼 The Role
Responsible for managing the flow of materials and products through the supply chain while ensuring compliance with quality standards. This role involves overseeing product holds and releases, managing inventory discrepancies, coordinating with quality control teams, and facilitating the resolution of quality issues that impact logistics operations.
The position ensures smooth and efficient processing, safeguarding product integrity and regulatory compliance.

✅ What We’re Looking For
- Experience (2+ years) in logistics, operations, quality control, or supply

- In-depth knowledge of logistics processes, inventory management, and quality control systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with various teams.
- Computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Manage product holds and releases, ensuring accurate documentation, traceability, and stakeholder communication.
- Collaborate with logistics, operations, quality, and suppliers to resolve hold and release issues efficiently.
- Monitor held inventory, conduct stock counts, and ensure correct labelling in line with Mars standards.
- Ensure products and materials meet company quality and regulatory requirements before release or shipment.
- Support investigations into quality failures, defects, and inventory discrepancies, including root cause analysis and audits.
- Act as the escalation point for product quality and logistics issues, driving resolution and continuous improvement initiatives.
