Liquid Personnel is recruiting an Adult's Social Worker to join its client’s Forensic Learning Disability / Mental Health team, based in Middlesbrough.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Managed a complex caseload of adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs and offending histories, undertaking Care Act assessments, support planning and risk management to promote positive outcomes and independence.
- Completed Mental Capacity Assessments, Best Interest decisions and Section 117 aftercare reviews, supporting safe discharge and transition from secure hospitals and inpatient settings into the community.
- Worked collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, liaising with psychology, psychiatry, nursing and criminal justice professionals to safeguard vulnerable adults, manage risk and deliver person-centred interventions.

Qualifications and Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have;
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
