岗位职责：

1.负责供应商、品种及客户首营资料的初审，首营资料的归档管理；

2.负责GSP相关质量信息的核查、反馈；

3. 负责计算机软件系统基础信息的建立及维护；

4. 负责对系统中涉及质量问题品种的锁定处理；

5.协助质量查询、质量投诉和质量事故的调查、处理；

6. 负责起草、编写公司药品和医疗器械经营相关制度和SOP等；

7. 负责GSP管理文件的起草、汇总、整理及维护，包括：质量计划、购销评审、自查报告等；

 8. 协助对承运商运输条件和质量保障能力的检查；

 9.协助药品经营许可证，医疗器械经营许可证/备案凭证的换证管理工作；

 10.协助对药监部门日常监管和飞行检查的相关迎检及现场支持等工作；

 11.  协助和支持GSP仓库相关QMS的实施。

任职资格：

1.本科及以上学历，药品相关专业背景；

2.三年以上制药工厂GMP或GSP经验；

3.能够独立解决药品及医疗器械经营过程中的质量问题；

4.优秀的沟通能力及复杂问题解决能力；

5.有职业药师资格证优先考虑。
