THE JOB
Live Nation’s Media & Sponsorship division is seeking a Digital Campaign Manager to lead the setup, execution, and optimization of paid social and digital media campaigns for high-profile brand partnerships. This role will work closely with the Director and cross-functional teams to facilitate campaign launches, monitor performance, provide actionable insights, oversee billing processes, and support product rollouts. The Digital Campaign Manager will partner with platform representatives, external agencies, internal teams, and clients to ensure seamless execution and measurable results. The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, collaborative, and passionate about delivering innovative digital solutions within the live entertainment industry.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
- Manage the setup, execution, monitoring, and optimization of paid social, digital, and proximity-based campaigns
- Identify optimization opportunities to improve campaign performance, pacing, and cost efficiency
- Meet regularly with digital and social platform representatives to ensure campaign alignment with best practices
- Collaborate with the Director to maintain platform relationships and develop new advertising use cases
- Partner with external social media agency to oversee campaign execution and optimization
- Manage vendor invoicing, campaign cost reallocations, and timely submissions to Finance
- Participate in partnership kickoff calls and recurring client meetings to share performance updates and optimization recommendations
- Collaborate with Integrated Marketing to communicate campaign results for case studies and sales materials
- Work closely with the Audience Strategy team to activate first-party data within campaign executions
- Support media planners by providing timely and accurate campaign reporting and insights
- Assist with influencer content amplification, FanFluencer campaign execution, and on-site event support
- Assist the Director in rolling out new products and internal processes
- Support monthly team office hours by sharing product knowledge and answering questions
- Support special projects and ad-hoc initiatives as assigned by leadership
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
- 3+ years of experience managing paid social and/or digital media campaigns
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
- Familiarity with major social platforms’ advertising products and campaign setups, including Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, X, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Reddit
- Strong understanding of digital advertising, media buying, and campaign optimization
- Proven ability to manage high campaign volume and collaborate effectively across internal and external teams
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail, particularly in campaign execution and vendor management
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and identify optimization opportunities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present updates and collaborate with clients and internal teams
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage projects in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Passion for live entertainment, digital innovation, and creating impactful client solutions

The expected compensation for this position is: $67,000 - $70,000 USD.
