POSITION SUMMARY:
Administers the Learning Management System (LMS) and builds and maintains eLearning modules and course content across the organization. Coordinates internal and external training logistics, and maintains accurate, up-to-date training records and reporting to support compliance, completion tracking, and course effectiveness for all staff.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
LMS Administration:
- Administer the LMS, including user accounts, course assignments, learning paths, and system configuration
- Troubleshoot LMS issues and escalate system-level problems to vendor support
- Manage system integrations (HRIS sync, SSO) and ensure SCORM/xAPI compliance of hosted content
eLearning Development:
- Build, upload, and maintain eLearning modules and course content within the LMS
- Apply instructional design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG/508) to new content
- Partner with internal departments to identify training needs and support content development
Training Coordination:
- Coordinate scheduling, enrollment, and logistics for internal and external training courses
- Liaise with external training providers to coordinate course delivery, content licensing, and access
Records & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date training records for all employees
- Generate and distribute reports on training completion, compliance, and course effectiveness
- Monitor employee progress and follow up on overdue or incomplete training
Communication & Stakeholder Liaison:
- Distribute training literature and communications to relevant departments and individuals
- Act as the primary point of contact between internal departments and external training providers

KPIs
- LMS uptime and course completion rates across the organization
- Accuracy and timeliness of training records and compliance reporting
- Turnaround time to build and publish new eLearning modules
- Stakeholder satisfaction with training coordination and communication
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION:
Partners with
- Department Managers — training needs identification, content development
- External Training Providers — course delivery, content licensing/access
- HR / Compliance — training records, audit-readiness
- IT — LMS configuration, integrations, and technical troubleshooting
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience administering a Learning Management System (e.g., Docebo) or working in a training/L&D support role
- Experience building or maintaining eLearning modules and course content within an LMS
- Proficient in Office 365 tools, including reporting and data organization in Excel
- Experience managing timeline-driven projects, including course builds, rollouts, and training schedules
- Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization, including with department leaders and external providers
- Autonomous, detail-oriented, and customer-service-oriented approach to training administration
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to maintain accuracy under pressure and manage multiple concurrent priorities
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Experience developing eLearning content using authoring tools such as the Articulate 360 suite
- Experience with AI-enabled learning tools, gamification strategies, and digital certification/credentialing management
