Über diese Lifecycle Marketing Manager Stelle bei Vesync

Vesync · Vor Ort · Tustin, CA

The Company

VeSync is a portfolio company with brands that cover different categories of health & wellness products. We wouldn't be surprised if you have one of our Levoit air purifiers in your living room or a COSORI air fryer whipping up healthy and delicious meals for you every night.

We're a young and energetic company, we've had tremendous success, and we are constantly growing our team. As we garner more industry attention — just check out our accomplishments and awards by CES Innovation, iF Design, IGA, and Red Dot — we also need driven and talented people to join our team.

That brings us to you, and what you'll be joining. Our teams are smart and diligent and take ownership of their work — they're confident in their work but know how to collaborate with open ears and a spirit of learning. If you're down-to-earth, approachable, and easy to strike up a conversation with, this may be a great fit for you.

The Opportunity

A new ecosystem at the intersection of wellness and technology, with a connected product, hardware and software, built to help people take an active role in their own health rather than simply measure it. The Lifecycle Marketing Manager owns the journeys that turn interest into members and keep members with us.

Your job is to build the lifecycle program from nothing. You'll design the email and SMS journeys across the full funnel, from first sign-up through purchase, delivery, the first months of membership, and renewal, segmented and personalized rather than one message for everyone. You'll build the flows, test them, and own the conversion and retention numbers they move. We are pre-launch, and the brand, the positioning, and the claims we can make are all still being built. You'll start from a waitlist and a hypothesis rather than a program with history. It's a hands-on role.

What you will do at VeSync:

Customer Journeys & Funnel

  • Own the Lifecycle Roadmap: Build email and SMS programs across the full customer lifecycle: prospecting and conversion, post-purchase and delivery, adoption, and retention. Decide what gets built first, and why.

  • Build the Path to Membership: Educate and convert early sign-ups and waitlist interest, with the journeys and triggers that carry someone from first interest to first order.

  • Own Post-Purchase Journeys: Build the journeys from order confirmation through delivery and the first months of membership, so members stay informed and connected to what their membership gives them. Device setup and the in-app experience sit with Product.

  • Own the Campaign Calendar: Plan the marketing calendar of campaign sends, launch beats, and promotions, and build the templates and modules that make each send fast to produce.

  • Retention & Personalization

  • Own Adoption and Retention: Build the adoption, renewal, and win-back flows that keep members engaged and bring lapsed members back.

  • Segment and Personalize: Build segments and triggers from purchase, membership, and engagement data, so what a member receives reflects where they are and how they use the product.

  • Work Inside the Claims Line: Claim-bearing messages go through medical, regulatory, and legal review. Build a library of approved language and templates so programs keep moving rather than queuing.

  • Testing & Partnership

  • Test and Learn: Run a structured testing program across timing, offers, content, and journey logic, and use what you learn to decide what gets built next. Set and report conversion, retention, and engagement metrics for every program.

  • Build It in the Platform: Set up and run the email and SMS platforms, flows, templates, and data feeds with MarTech and DTC. Hands in the tools, not only the brief.

  • Partner Across the Member Journey: Work with Product on how lifecycle and in-app messaging fit together, with CX on what members tell us, and with the creative studio on copy and design.

  • What you bring to the role:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience: 4+ years in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing for consumer (B2C) brands, with hands-on direct-to-consumer (DTC) experience. Subscription, membership, and connected-device backgrounds are strongly preferred.
  • Built a Program from Zero: Has stood up lifecycle for a new brand, product, or program, not only optimized one that was already running. Knows what to build first when nothing exists.
  • Full Funnel: Has owned journeys before and after purchase, from prospect nurture and conversion through post-purchase, retention, and win-back.
  • Segmentation & Personalization: Builds segments and triggers from behavioral and purchase data, and knows when personalization is worth the added complexity.
  • Platform Fluency: Hands-on in email and SMS platforms such as Klaviyo, Braze, Iterable, Attentive, or Postscript, including templates, flow logic, and data integrations.
  • Educates and Converts: Has built pre-purchase journeys that educate prospects and convert them, ideally for a considered purchase with a membership attached.
  • Builds Long-Term Value: Knows retention comes from delivering lasting value to members, not from tactics that hold someone a little longer. Comfortable with cohorts, churn, and lifetime value.
  • Claims & Consent Fluency: Experience in health, wellness, or a similarly regulated space. Knows the consent rules for email and SMS and how to write inside claims constraints.
  • Comfortable with Ambiguity: Can build while the brand, the positioning, and the claims framework are still being settled. Makes progress on partial information and changes direction when decisions land.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partners closely with growth, product, CX, brand, and the creative studio.
