  • Integrate master directory items into operational applications and update/monitor as needed.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for health plan agencies, including serving as the authorized representative for agency portal/account access.
  • Maintain regular communications and own agency relationship meeting coordination to ensure protocol adherence, relationship monitoring, and proactive issue identification.
  • Assist other operations team members with the creation, production, and dissemination of reports for clients and health plan agencies.
  • Participate in and contribute to regular meetings with the tech/development team related to the ongoing build-out of the company’s portal. Collaborate with the tech/dev team on tool implementation and issue identification/prioritization as they arise.
  • Assist with miscellaneous lien resolution activities on an as-needed basis.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience managing relationships with external stakeholders such as government agencies, health plans, or managed care organizations, within lien resolution, Medicare/Medicaid coordination, or healthcare revenue cycle operations.
  • Experience working with technical data and resolving data-related issues with internal teams.
  • Effective cross-functional collaborator across legal, operations, and technical teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and comfort navigating ambiguity with minimal oversight.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a commitment to accuracy and follow-through.
  • Clear, professional communication skills with the ability to engage internal teams and external agency partners.
