Como Líder B2B, serás responsable de gestionar acuerdos comerciales con clientes finales y distribuidores, con el objetivo de desarrollar y fortalecer las relaciones con nuestros clientes. Reportarás directamente al Territory Manager.

Zona de trabajo: León, Irapuato y Celaya.

Responsabilidades principales:

• Administrarás el presupuesto de los centros bajo tu responsabilidad.
• Darás seguimiento y atención a clientes de alto volumen, incluyendo la renovación de acuerdos comerciales.
• Comunicarás los objetivos del negocio.
• Desarrollarás estrategias comerciales que permitan incrementar tu cartera de clientes.
• Elaborarás reportes de facturación y darás seguimiento a distribuidores.
• Serás responsable del crecimiento de ingresos y del margen de utilidad de tus cuentas y territorios.

Requisitos:

• Radicar en León o disponibilidad de radicar en la ciudad.
• Licenciatura en Arquitectura o Ingeniería Industrial.
• Mínimo 3 años de experiencia comprobable en las actividades mencionadas anteriormente. (comercial)
• Experiencia en B2B portafolio industrial y decorativo. 
• Inglés intermedio.
• Manejo avanzado de Microsoft Excel, incluyendo funciones complejas.
• Disponibilidad para viajar en la zona 70% del tiempo
