At Green Genius, we are driving the transition to renewable energy across Europe with comprehensive solar, battery, wind, and biomethane solutions.

We are currently seeking a motivated and organized Legal and Administrative Assistant to support our Warsaw team. This role is a perfect entry-level opportunity for an ambitious final-year law student eager to kickstart their career in a dynamic, international business environment while continuing their studies. Collaborating closely with our in-house legal team and seasoned experts, you will gain practical, hands-on experience and play a key part in ensuring the smooth and secure flow of information across the entire organization. 

As a Legal and Administrative Assistant, your main responsibilities will be:

• Documentation Support: Help manage the daily legal documentation workflow, handle correspondence, and maintain highly organized archiving systems.
• Legal Drafting: Assist the legal team in preparing and drafting basic documents, motions, applications, and letters to courts or administrative authorities.
• Administrative Assistance: Manage routine administrative tasks to support both the in-house legal team and other internal business departments.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a reliable and professional point of contact for our contractors, business partners, and internal teams.

Requirements

• Active student status in Law (ideally in your 3rd, 4th, or 5th year of studies).
• Availability to collaborate for approximately 20 hours per week (we offer flexibility to accommodate your university schedule).
• A strong motivation to learn and grow in corporate, commercial, and contract law (basic knowledge of these fields is highly welcome).
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Polish.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive approach to daily tasks and problem-solving – an ability to see the big picture while thoroughly keeping track of the details.
