Key Responsibilities:

1. Workday Learning Optimization

• Review how Corporate Learning uses Workday today and prioritize ways to drive learning through it.
• Build a roadmap with HR Systems and IT, and document processes for the team to run independently.

2. AI Capabilities Project

• Partner with IT and Corporate Learning to run AI hackathons that drive collaboration and productivity.
• Manage the project end to end, from scoping and logistics to judging and follow-up reporting.

3. Retail Academy Training Library and Field Support

• Build and structure the training library, covering content mapping, curation, creation and cataloguing.
• Conduct workshops and provide field coaching for retail staff and shop managers when required.

4. Desired Behaviors Workshop, China Scale-Up

• Facilitate the workshop and localize materials for China with regional HR and business leaders.
• Plan the rollout schedule and brief local facilitators.
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven end-to-end project management experience, ideally in HR, L&D, retail or multi-market settings.
• Experience with Workday or a comparable HR or learning system.
• Workshop facilitation or coaching experience, ideally with retail or frontline audiences.
• Practical comfort with AI tools and the ability to engage stakeholders at every level.
• Willingness to travel for store visits and China sessions
