Your Mission:
· Programme Support: Assist in the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of learning and development initiatives that build capability and support business priorities.
· Culture Champion: Help create and deliver activities, communications, and events that inspire personal growth, strengthen engagement, and promote a positive and inclusive culture.
· Data Detective: Analyse learning and engagement data, identify trends and insights, and help translate findings into actions that improve participation, effectiveness, and business outcomes.
· Collaboration: Work effectively across multiple teams, functions, and locations, building strong relationships to support projects and deliver great results together.

Education Requirements:
Currently studying for an Undergraduate Degree or Masters Degree in Business, Management, Science, HR, Psychology, or related disciplines.
If you are studying for your Undergraduate Degree you must be in your 2nd year of study (England) or 3rd year of study (Scotland) or an Integrated Masters Degree and seeking to complete a year in industry in partnership with your university. Please ensure the role is suitable for your placement year.
Role Start Date: 28th June 2027

Application Process:
The application process has a total of up to 4 stages:
- Application – information will be required regarding your education and Right to Work.
- Online Assessment – you will be asked to complete a behaviour based online assessment and one-way video interview supported by Hirevue.
- Interview – if selected you will be invited to attend a final stage virtual interview; The interview will consist of a competency-based interview and may include a case study/technical exercise.
- Offer – candidates will receive an outcome within 2 weeks following interview.
Interviews will be held in November/December 2026
