Role Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced Lead UI Engineer with 12–15 years of software development experience and strong expertise in building scalable, high-performance, and responsive web applications.
The ideal candidate should have deep hands-on experience with Angular, React, TypeScript, eCharts, frontend integration, and responsive UI development. The candidate will be responsible for defining frontend architecture, developing complex user interfaces, integrating frontend applications with backend services, and providing technical leadership to development teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, maintainable, and high-performance frontend applications using Angular and React.
- Define and drive the frontend architecture, design patterns, coding standards, and engineering best practices.
- Develop reusable UI components, shared libraries, and frontend frameworks to improve development efficiency and consistency.
- Build rich, interactive, and data-driven visualizations using eCharts.
- Develop dashboards, charts, graphs, and other visualization components for complex datasets.
- Design and implement responsive user interfaces supporting multiple screen resolutions, browsers, and devices.
- Develop applications using TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend systems through REST APIs, Web APIs, WebSockets, or other integration mechanisms.
- Collaborate closely with backend developers, UX/UI designers, product owners, architects, and other stakeholders.
- Optimize frontend applications for performance, scalability, maintainability, and usability.
- Identify and resolve complex UI, browser compatibility, integration, and performance issues.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and secure coding practices.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to frontend developers.
- Evaluate new frontend technologies, frameworks, and libraries and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Participate in technical design discussions, architecture reviews, estimation, and implementation planning.
- Drive improvements in frontend development practices, automated testing, build pipelines, and deployment processes.
Required Technical Skills
- 12–15 years of overall software development experience, with significant experience in frontend application development.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Angular and its ecosystem.
- Strong hands-on experience with React and component-based application development.
- Advanced proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript.
- Strong experience with eCharts or similar data visualization/charting frameworks.
- Experience developing complex data visualization dashboards and interactive charts.
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS/SASS, Flexbox, and CSS Grid.
- Strong experience in responsive and adaptive UI development.
- Strong understanding of frontend architecture and modern design patterns.
- Experience integrating frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Good understanding of asynchronous programming, API error handling, state management, and frontend data flow.
- Experience with frontend performance optimization, lazy loading, caching, and bundle optimization.
- Familiarity with unit testing and frontend testing frameworks.
- Experience with source control systems such as Git.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and modern software development practices.

Education
