lWe are ooking for an experienced Lead Product Designer for a 6 Month Contract role to support a leading global restaurant brand. You’ll provide senior-level design leadership across the client’s digital customer experiences. You’ll lead complex design work on your own, from defining the problem through implementation. You’ll partner with Product, Engineering, Research, Analytics, Marketing and Operations to deliver customer experiences that are intuitive, accessible and measurable.

You’ll partner with Product, Engineering, Research, Analytics, Marketing and Operations to deliver customer experiences that are intuitive, accessible and measurable.
What You'll Do:
Provide design QA and work with Engineering through implementation to protect experience quality.
What You'll Bring:
- Proven experience leading product design for complex digital products or connected customer journeys.
- A strong portfolio that shows product thinking, interaction design, systems thinking, visual execution and measurable outcomes.
- Advanced skills in Figma, prototyping, interaction design, information architecture, accessibility and design systems.
- Experience working through ambiguity on your own and aligning cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of customer research and data-informed product design.
- Excellent facilitation, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Not required but highly preferred: Experience with restaurant, retail, commerce, loyalty, marketplace or similarly complex consumer experiences.
