Key Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in Supply Chain Management (SCM) or a related field.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and ability to work with data and reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Channel Management: Manage customer interactions across different channels and ensure timely resolution of queries and requests.

• Case Management: Handle customer cases from initiation to closure, ensuring appropriate follow-up and resolution within defined timelines.

• Customer Onboarding & Relationship Management: Support new customer onboarding and maintain positive, long-term customer relationships.

• Contract Management: Support contract administration, ensuring adherence to agreed terms, processes, and timelines.

• Dispute Management: Coordinate with relevant internal teams to investigate and resolve customer disputes effectively.

• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely updates in relevant systems.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver a seamless customer experience.
